Two years ago I had some surgery on a joint that was damaged from years of strenuous exercise. In conversation with Jacqueline, about this recurring joint pain and associated problems, she gave me some nutrition suggestions and supplement information. I followed her suggestions and bought cold pressed, organic flaxseed oil she recommended. In just a week’s time, the pain I was having has significantly decreased and my joints feel better than they have in a long time.
